Fractional COO (Part‑time, remote)

TheFutureSociety is hiring a remote Fractional COO on a contract basis to scale operations through better systems, automation and thoughtful use of AI. Although the title is COO, the work includes identifying and implementing automation and AI opportunities across operations, which overlaps with AI product and workflow design. Responsibilities include building and optimizing operational systems and workflows, driving cross‑functional projects from idea to completion, and establishing and tracking KPIs and operational metrics that benefit from AI‑driven insights. Success looks like more efficient operations, clear metrics, and AI embedded in key processes that support the organization’s growth. The posting is explicitly fractional, remote‑only, contract, with a published compensation range.
