Fractional Chief Medical Officer

Allia Health Group is recruiting a remote Fractional Chief Medical Officer to lead clinical strategy and operations across a digital health ecosystem, but the role also has substantial go‑to‑market implications for men’s health, women’s health, and longevity services. While the primary focus is clinical, success also depends on effectively supporting growth and patient acquisition through aligned clinical offerings and quality standards, making it relevant to health‑focused GTM leadership. The CMO will be accountable for clinical decision‑making, operations, quality and patient safety, and healthcare information systems at scale. The engagement is a 100 percent remote fractional leadership position, working closely with executive leadership to drive strategy and organizational growth at high patient volumes. It is suitable for a senior leader comfortable operating as a fractional executive.
