VP Finance (Fractional)

Amplify Capital is hiring a fractional VP Finance to oversee the firm’s financial strategy, reporting and controls on a part-time basis. The executive will take ownership of finance leadership, including budgeting, performance reporting and risk management, while working fewer hours than a full-time finance head. As a senior leader, they will partner with the investment team and partners to ensure capital is deployed and monitored with strong financial discipline. The fractional arrangement allows an experienced finance executive to contribute strategic value without full-time commitment, with potential for extended engagement or evolution as the firm scales. Success is measured by robust financial reporting, clear insights for partners, and systems that support growth in assets under management.
